
Orecchiette with Broccoli and Sausage

300g300g - Garlic

Preparation

Clean the broccoli, separating the florets and washing them thoroughly.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the broccoli for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and sauté the garlic and chili pepper.
