Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- STEP 2 OF 7
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, grated orange peel, and baking powder.

Add the orange juice, oil, and eggs, and mix until you get a smooth batter.
- STEP 4 OF 7
Pour the batter into a previously greased and floured plumcake mold.
- STEP 5 OF 7
Bake for about 50 minutes, or until golden brown. Use a toothpick to check if it's done.

Remove from the oven, let cool, and unmold the plumcake.

Slice and serve.
