Soft and delicious... try it to believe it!
Take a bowl, pour in the yogurt and sugar, mix using a spoon. Add the milk.
Mix using a simple hand whisk.
Work all the ingredients until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Spoon into muffin cups: first spoonful of batter, add 1 teaspoon of spreadable cream, cover with a little more batter.
Continue in this manner until finished.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
