Take a bowl, pour in the yogurt and sugar, mix using a spoon. Add the milk.
Mix using a simple hand whisk.
Work all the ingredients until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Spoon into cupcake liners: first spoon of batter, add 1 teaspoon of spreadable cream, cover with a bit more batter.
Continue in this way until finished.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
