Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into not too large cubes.
Place the apple cubes in a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice, and add cinnamon and brown sugar. Let them macerate.
In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter cut into pieces. Crumble with your hands until you get a sandy mixture.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper or brush it with butter. Add the apples and crumble the mixture on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown or in an air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes, then at 200°C for another 3-4 minutes.
