CARROTS IN AIR FRYER: How many times have I come home late and not had vegetables ready for dinner? Many!! In fact, I can never be without carrots in my fridge: it is a versatile vegetable that you can eat raw, cooked, or as a cream soup, plus it has a sweetish taste and is very popular with children (I also use it in desserts like Carrot Cake). However, when time is tight, I always use this very simple and quick recipe!
Clean and wash the carrots well under running water.
Cut them into thin sticks.
Put them in a bowl and season with oil, salt, curry, oregano, and paprika.
Cook in the air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or alternatively in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20/25 minutes.
