CARROTS IN AIR FRYER: how many times have I come home late and not had vegetables ready for dinner? Many!! In fact, I can never be without carrots in my fridge: they are a versatile vegetable that you can eat raw, cooked, or as a soup, plus they have this sweetish flavor that kids love (I also use them in desserts like Carrot Cake). However, when time is short, I always use this very simple and quick recipe!
Clean and wash the carrots thoroughly under water.
Cut them into thin sticks.
Place them in a bowl and season with oil, salt, curry, oregano, and paprika.
Cook in an air fryer at 190 degrees for 15 minutes or in the oven at 180 degrees for 20/25 minutes.
