

Quick breakfast or snack to prepare in meal-prep for 3 days: jars with lactose-free yogurt (or soy yogurt), layers of fruit and cocoa and hazelnut granola. The granola should be added only at the moment to maintain crunchiness or stored in separate bags.
Spread a layer of yogurt at the bottom of each jar.
Add a layer of chopped fruit on top of the yogurt.
Continue with another layer of yogurt if desired.
Close the jars and store in the refrigerator until consumption.
Add 2 tablespoons of granola per jar only at the time of serving to maintain crunchiness, or store the granola in separate mini bags and add it to the jar when eating.
