
A cold and crunchy snack made with lactose-free yogurt (or soy yogurt), with a layer of Marmel-light and a topping of protein granola. Easy to prepare and ideal for the freezer: break into pieces and enjoy as a snack.




Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the yogurt in an even layer on the parchment paper, to your desired thickness (about 0.5–1 cm).
Dollop the Marmel-light over the yogurt and use a knife or a toothpick to create a swirl.
Sprinkle the protein granola evenly over the surface and add any extra toppings as desired.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2–3 hours, until completely firm.
Take the baking sheet out of the freezer and break the yogurt bark into irregular pieces.
Store the pieces in an airtight container or in freezer bags.
