
Protein-filled chocolates, lactose-free and vegan, with a crunchy peanut butter center and protein powder, coated in dark chocolate. Ideal as a pre-workout snack.


Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and add a teaspoon of coconut oil, mixing well.
Pour a first thin layer of melted chocolate into muffin molds or chocolate molds and allow to harden in the freezer for 3-4 minutes.
Mix the crunchy peanut butter with the lactose-free whey protein until you get a smooth filling.
Fill the molds with the peanut butter mixture, leaving space for the second layer of chocolate.
Cover with a second layer of melted chocolate to seal the chocolates.
Return to the freezer for about 10 minutes until completely hardened, then unmold and serve.
