Soak the gelatin in cold water, boil the milk
Whip egg yolks and sugar, add the milk and cook until thick
Squeeze the gelatin, mix it into the cream and let it cool
Filter the mandarin juice and mix it into the cream
Fold in the whipped cream, pour everything into a dampened mold and put it in the fridge
For the sauce: beat egg yolks and sugar, add the flour, warm milk, and vanilla powder
Cook until it coats the spoon
Peel the grapes and mix them with the sauce
Unmold the bavarian cream and serve it with the grape sauce
