Soften the gelatin sheets in cold water, boil the milk
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar, add the milk and cook until it thickens
Squeeze the gelatin sheets, add them to the cream and let it cool
Strain the mandarin juice and add it to the cream
Fold in the whipped cream, transfer everything into a moistened mold and refrigerate
For the sauce: beat the egg yolks and sugar, add the flour, warm milk, and vanilla powder
Cook until it coats the spoon
Peel the grapes and mix them into the sauce
Unmold the Bavarian cream and serve it with the grape sauce
