Golden toasted bread slices topped with a filling of sautéed mushrooms, crunchy walnuts and Erborinato Vaccino cheese, for an explosion of bold and enveloping flavors. The contrast between the creaminess of the cheese and the crunchiness of the walnuts makes this appetizer irresistible.
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and crushed garlic for 5-6 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the garlic, add the chopped parsley.
Toast the slices of bread in the oven at 200°C for 4 minutes.
Spread the sautéed mushrooms on the toasted bread, add pieces of Erborinato Vaccino cheese and broken walnuts.
Put back in the oven at 200°C for another 4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Serve immediately, finishing with a drizzle of oil and more fresh parsley.
Consume immediately to enjoy the crispiness of the bread and the creaminess of the Erborinato cheese.
