Preparation

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and crushed garlic for 5-6 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the garlic, add the chopped parsley.

Toast the bread slices in the oven at 200°C for 4 minutes.

Spread the sautéed mushrooms on the toasted bread, add pieces of Cow's Milk Blue Cheese and chopped walnuts.

Bake in the oven at 200°C for another 4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Serve immediately, finishing with a drizzle of oil and more fresh parsley.
