The sweetness of fresh figs combines with the creaminess and slight acidity of Soft Goat Cheese, all served on a slice of crunchy bread and completed with microgreens for a modern touch and irresistible freshness. A perfect appetizer or finger food for aperitifs, brunches, or elegant buffets.

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 8

    Cut the bread into 1.5 cm slices and arrange them on a baking tray.

  2. STEP 2 OF 8

    Drizzle with a little oil and toast in a hot oven at 200°C for about 7-8 minutes, until golden.

  3. STEP 3 OF 8

    Work the Soft Goat Cheese with a mixer, adding a pinch of salt, pepper, and a few drops of honey to soften and flavor it.

    Wash the figs and cut them into wedges or thick slices.

  5. STEP 5 OF 8

    Spread a generous layer of Soft Goat Cheese on each slice of bread.

    Place a slice of fresh fig on top.

    Finish with a drizzle of acacia honey, a grind of black pepper, and some microgreens or fresh sprouts.

    Arrange the crostini on a rustic cutting board, decorate with fresh aromatic herbs or some pomegranate seeds for a dramatic effect.
