An elegant and colorful appetizer that surprises at first glance: yellow and red peppers, sweet and crunchy, stuffed with a velvety mousse of Tomino di Capra and Erborinato di Capra. A vegetarian option with a soft texture and strong flavor, perfect to start a refined dinner or for a creative buffet. Everything is enhanced by the fresh touch of chives.

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Wash the peppers, cut them into regular sections and remove the seeds. Blanch them to soften and dry with absorbent paper.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    In a mixer, blend Tomino and Erborinato di Capra with salt, pepper, and finely chopped chives until a smooth cream is obtained.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Fill the peppers with the cheese mousse, using a teaspoon.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Arrange the stuffed peppers on a serving plate and decorate with fresh chives.
