Oven-roasted cauliflower slices, seasoned with a sweet and sour marinade made from Purezza – White Balsamic Dressing, brown sugar, and extra virgin olive oil, topped with parsley, chives, and Pearls of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. An elegant appetizer, perfectly balancing freshness, sweetness, and refined acidity.
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into thick slices about 1.5-2 cm thick.
In a small bowl, mix extra virgin olive oil, Purezza – White Balsamic Dressing, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Generously brush both sides of the cauliflower slices with the marinade.
Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a static oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden and slightly caramelized.
Place the roasted cauliflower on a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley and chopped chives. Finish with Pearls of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and, if desired, a few drops of soy sauce.
