

Cauliflower slices roasted in the oven, dressed with a sweet and sour marinade made from Purezza – White Balsamic Condiment, brown sugar, and extra virgin olive oil, finished with parsley, chives, and Balsamic Vinegar Pearls of Modena PGI. An elegant appetizer with a perfect balance of freshness, sweetness, and refined acidity.
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into slices about 1.5-2 cm thick.
In a small bowl, emulsify extra virgin olive oil, Purezza – White Balsamic Condiment, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Generously brush both sides of the cauliflower slices with the marinade.
Arrange the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a static oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and slightly caramelized.
Place the roasted cauliflower on a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley and chopped chives. Finish with Balsamic Vinegar Pearls of Modena PGI and, if you like, a few drops of soy sauce.
