
Sweet and Sour Roasted Cauliflower
Oven-roasted cauliflower slices, seasoned with a sweet and sour marinade made of Purezza – White Balsamic Dressing, brown sugar, and extra virgin olive oil, topped with parsley, chives, and Pearls of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. An elegant appetizer with a perfect balance of freshness, sweetness, and refined acidity.

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into thick slices about 1.5-2 cm thick.
- STEP 2 OF 4
In a small bowl, mix extra virgin olive oil, Purezza – White Balsamic Dressing, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Generously brush both sides of the cauliflower slices with the marinade.
- STEP 3 OF 4
Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a static oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden and slightly caramelized.
- STEP 4 OF 4
Arrange the roasted cauliflower on a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley and chopped chives. Finish with Pearls of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and, if desired, a few drops of soy sauce.
