Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Wash the cauliflower and cut it into thick slices about 1.5-2 cm thick.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    In a small bowl, mix extra virgin olive oil, Purezza – White Balsamic Dressing, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Generously brush both sides of the cauliflower slices with the marinade.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a static oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden and slightly caramelized.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Arrange the roasted cauliflower on a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley and chopped chives. Finish with Pearls of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and, if desired, a few drops of soy sauce.
