  • Delicate mixed caciotta80g
  • Egg1unit
  • Breadcrumbs150g
  • Fresh parsley8g
  • Fine salt2g
  • Black pepperas needed
  • Sweet paprika1unit
  • Seed oil for fryingas needed

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    In a mixer, blend the chickpeas with the egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley until a smooth mixture is obtained.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Transfer to a bowl, add the Delicate Mixed Caciotta cut into small cubes and 80g of breadcrumbs; mix well.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Form oval patties (nuggets), coat them in breadcrumbs.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Heat plenty of seed oil in a pan and fry the nuggets a few at a time, until well golden (about 3-4 minutes per side). Drain on absorbent paper.

    Serve hot, accompanied by ketchup, Parmesan mayonnaise, or yogurt sauce.
