
Vegetarian chickpea nuggets with delicate mixed caciotta
Small bites crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, made with chickpeas and Delicate Mixed Caciotta. Perfect for appetizers, aperitifs, or finger food, served with sauces of your choice!

- Boiled chickpeas
300g300g - Delicate mixed caciotta
80g80g - Egg
1unit1unit - Breadcrumbs
150g150g - Fresh parsley
8g8g - Fine salt
2g2g - Black pepperas needed
- Sweet paprika

Preparation

In a mixer, blend the chickpeas with the egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Transfer to a bowl, add the Delicate Mixed Caciotta cut into small cubes and 80g of breadcrumbs; mix well.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Form oval patties (nuggets), coat them in breadcrumbs.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the nuggets a few at a time until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side). Drain on absorbent paper.

Serve hot, accompanied by ketchup, Parmesan mayonnaise, or yogurt sauce.
