

Small crunchy bites outside and creamy inside, made with chickpeas and Delicate Caciotta. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or finger food, served with sauces of your choice!
In a mixer, blend the chickpeas with the egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer to a bowl, add the Delicate Caciotta cut into small cubes and the breadcrumbs of 80g; mix well.
Form oval meatballs (nuggets) and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Heat plenty of seed oil in a pan and fry the nuggets a few at a time until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot, accompanied by ketchup, Parmesan mayonnaise, or yogurt sauce.
For Accompanying
Store in the refrigerator, in an airtight container, for a maximum of 2 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
