Our Ogliarola Garganica is the ultimate expression of this land, the Gargano. It results in an important, intense and genuine oil, just like those who cultivate it. Ogliarola Garganica is an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil pleasantly spicy and bitter, with a long persistence of vegetal tones. Many cascading health benefits: rich in polyphenols ensuring high resistance to oxidation and helping to combat free radicals. Deep green with golden hues, it bursts with aromas of almond, tomato, freshly cut grass and artichoke. The mouth is filled with vegetal echoes: authoritative, rich, imposing but with good taste balance.
