* Roasting: Our blends are roasted at low temperatures with a drum roaster, ensuring the full development of the aromas of each individual bean. * Packaging: All our products are packaged exclusively in beans, after maturing in silos for at least 24 hours. Only by packaging fresh coffee in whole beans is it possible to minimize the oxidation of its delicate aromas, which degrade quickly once the coffee is ground. * 80% Arabica: The quintessential coffee shop blend, composed predominantly of Arabica coffee with a touch of Robusta, fully embodies the ideal of Italian espresso, with a full, persistent, and fragrant taste that is at the same time round and balanced. * We carefully create each blend in our range. Thanks to careful research, each of our artisanal coffee blends possesses harmony of aromas and fullness of taste, as well as organoleptic characteristics that make it unique.
