Vineyard age: between 10 and 30 years Soil characteristics: gravelly and calcareous Vineyard exposure: terraces facing East, South-East Altitude: between 250 and 300 meters Harvest: mid-October Refinement: six to eight months in stainless steel tanks Bottle maturation: six months Alcohol content: 13% Organoleptic characteristics Color: ruby red with purple notes Aroma: complex, broad with fruity notes. Well-blended spices and a delicate impression of white pepper Taste: soft with pleasant freshness. Structured with enveloping tannic texture Aging potential: 5 to 7 years Food pairing: red meats, cured meats, spiced fish, fresh cheeses Serving temperature: 15 to 18 degrees
