With the 2010 vintage and the birth of the Gran Selezione in Chianti Classico, AMA was born almost entirely from Sangiovese grapes. This wine is produced from vineyards cultivated at high density (5,200 plants/ha), with grapes harvested entirely by hand from young vineyards averaging 10-12 years old. Harmonious and fruity, full on the palate, Ama Chianti Classico expresses all the elegance of the wines from our estate. Pairings: Red meats, first courses, meat ragù, cold cuts and cured meats, game, aged cheeses.
