Bacialè Monferrato Rosso DOC Braida is a wine produced with 60% Barbera, 20% Pinot Nero, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Merlot grown in the estates of the Braida winery. The grapes are handpicked at different times depending on the ripening period of the various varieties, and the vinification is carried out accordingly to enhance the characteristics of each variety. The aging of the wines starts partly in wooden vats and partly in oak barrels for 12 months, followed by blending and a resting period in the bottle of 4 months before bottling. Bacialè Monferrato Rosso DOC Braida is the result of the expression of international varieties combined with the characteristics of Barbera. Pairings: Bacialè Monferrato Rosso DOC Braida is suitable to pair with Italian-style appetizers, red and white meats, and cheeses that are not too aged.
