Barbaresco DOCG from Produttori del Barbaresco is made exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the best crus of Barbaresco. Nebbiolo is an extraordinary variety because it has undeniable aromatic qualities as well as great potential to produce structured and timeless wines. The Nebbiolo grapes are hand-harvested in October at perfect phenolic ripeness and fermented in steel containers at a temperature of 30°C with maceration for about 28 days. After this, the wine is separated from the skins and placed in oak barrels for 36 months. After aging in wood, the barrels are blended, and the wine is bottled and left to rest for one year before being marketed. Pairings: Produttori del Barbaresco Barbaresco DOCG is a very elegant wine suitable to pair with first and second courses based on red meat and game, even very spicy and fatty, given its tannic structure capable of "cleaning" the palate.
