Deliziosa burrata is a typical fresh cheese, without rind, with a soft spun paste and double cream. It is characterized by the spun shreds present in the paste. It has a milky white color. Production is spread throughout the year and it is made in Puglia, with milk sourced from Puglia. Pairings: It is suggested to consume Burrata on its own and pair it with a glass of Franciacorta. Excellent with fresh seasonal vegetables seasoned with local Bari or Salento olive oil. Storage: Refrigerated temperature controlled, remove from the refrigerator a few hours before serving.
