Capo Martino Jermann is one of the most famous Italian white wines, made from the vinification of various native Friulian grape varieties cultivated in a vineyard of about 7.5 hectares on a hill called Capo Martino. The musts ferment and mature in 750 L Slavonian oak barrels for a period ranging from 12 to 16 months and the wine is marketed two years after the harvest. Pairings: Capo Martino Jermann pairs well with many dishes and, due to its versatility, it is excellent with chickpea purée and rosemary-sautéed octopus.
