The Adagio is the oldest wine of the Lazzari Agricultural Company, it has always been produced. Its qualities are guaranteed by the careful management of the grapes and the limited production per hectare (85 q/ha). Composed of a blend, as established by the regulations, characterized by the presence of Marzemino. These varieties are vinified at separate times and "cut" skillfully during the blending phase. A wine with an optimal price/quality ratio, making it a regular presence on many tables in Brescia and Lombardy.
