Description
Cleto Chiarli Dry Lambrusco is produced by the famous Cleto Chiarli winery. It is a Dry Lambrusco DOC and is one of the typical products of the Emilia Romagna region. The Lambrusco grapes are harvested and brought to the winery for crushing. Subsequently, the must in contact with the skins undergoes a short maceration of 36 hours during which the skins impart aromas and color to the must, which turns a bright red. Cleto Chiarli Dry Lambrusco is separated from the skins and continues fermentation at 18°-20°C, followed by the formation of bubbles or refermentation in "cuves closes" and bottling under isobaric conditions.
