Cleto Chiarli Dry Lambrusco is produced by the famous Cleto Chiarli winery. It is a Dry Lambrusco DOC and one of the typical products of the Emilia Romagna region. The Lambrusco grapes are harvested and brought to the winery for crushing. The must, in contact with the skins, undergoes a brief maceration of 36 hours during which the skins release aromas and color, giving the must a bright red hue. The Cleto Chiarli Dry Lambrusco is then separated from the skins and fermentation continues at 18°-20°C, followed by the sparkling fermentation in closed tanks and bottling under isobaric conditions.
