Falanghina I Feudali is a wine produced with 100% Falanghina grapes in the Beneventano area of Campania. The Falanghina grapes are harvested around mid-September and brought to the winery for gentle pressing. After clarification, the musts are fermented at a temperature of about 13-15°C for approximately 15 days. Subsequently, the Falanghina I Feudali wine remains aging on its fine lees until the spring following the harvest, when it is racked and bottled. Pairings: Falanghina I Feudali is a wine suitable for pairing with seafood dishes, whether as an appetizer, first course, or main course, such as grilled fish or even spiced soups.
