Felicetti's spelt fusilli are made with selected organic spelt flour. The monograin spelt flour used is known for its strong flavors and incredible hints of fresh hazelnut. This flour makes the pasta aromatic, especially during cooking, imparting notes of dried fruit. Felicetti pasta is produced in a truly magical environment, as the pasta factory is located at the foot of the Dolomites, benefiting from pure air and water. Fusilli is an excellent pasta shape for sauces, as its form allows it to capture a lot of sauce. The Monograno Felicetti line is made with selected ingredients and organic flours, such as the carefully selected spelt flour used for producing special shapes.
