Lis Neris Pinot Grigio Gris is a wine produced by the Lis Neris winery with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from a single vineyard whose plants have reached full productive maturity. The Pinot Grigio grapes from the vineyard called Gris reach a remarkable state of ripeness that is consistent every year. The harvest is done by hand in small crates around the first ten days of September. The grapes are brought to the winery for a light pressing and the musts are transferred into 500L wooden barrels for fermentation. After this process, the Lis Neris Pinot Grigio Gris wine remains aging in wooden barrels for 11 months before blending and bottling, after which it is left to rest for a further 12 months before being marketed. Pairings: Lis Neris Pinot Grigio Gris is suitable to pair with first courses based on seafood sauces, even very flavorful and spicy ones, and second courses of fish such as grilled dishes. It is also perfect with Japanese food. Storage: Store at 16-18°C Alcohol content: 13.5% Vintage: 2021 Aging: In 500L oak barrels for 11 months.
