Description
Lugana Cà Maiol Molin is a selection of the best company grapes for the production of a structured and elegant wine. The grapes are hand-harvested and brought to the winery where they undergo a cold skin maceration for more than 48 hours at 3-4°C to promote the extraction of aromas from the skins to the must. The fermentation of the musts takes place at a controlled temperature to enhance the aromatic activity of the yeast, and once fermentation is complete, Lugana Molin rests on its fine lees for six months before bottling. Pairings: Lugana Molin Ca Maiol is a white wine of good structure that pairs well with appetizers and first courses based on fish, also excellent with raw meat carpaccio and paired with medium to long-aged cheeses such as Bagoss and 30-month Parmigiano Reggiano.
