Description
Lugana Corte Anna is a wine produced with 100% Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana) grapes. The harvest is carried out manually when the grapes have reached a perfect degree of phenolic ripeness and are transported to the press as quickly as possible. The musts are clarified using the technique of cold static decantation and inoculated with selected yeasts. Fermentations are carried out at controlled temperatures of 16-17°C. After fermentation, Lugana Corte Anna remains in contact with the fine lees for six months after the harvest before being bottled. Pairings: Lugana Corte Anna is a wine with a very decisive personality that pairs well with lake and sea fish dishes but also holds its own when paired with not too rich white meat dishes. It also pairs excellently with long-aged cheeses like Bagoss di Bagolino. Storage: Store at 16-18°C Alcohol content: 13% Vintage: 2024 Designation: Lugana DOC Aging: In Steel.
