Description
This wine is made from the pure vinification of Turbiana grapes, hand-picked before reaching full ripeness. The process begins with a gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by a low-temperature alcoholic fermentation, controlled by selected yeasts, to preserve the freshness and aromaticity of the grape variety. Generally, malolactic fermentation is not carried out, to maintain the wine's natural acidity lively. During the winter, the wine is refined in contact with fine lees through the "batonnage" technique in steel tanks, until the months of January/February. Subsequently, between March and April, it is bottled and, after further refinement in the bottle for one or two months, it is ready to be marketed. This process ensures a high-quality product that enhances the purity of the Turbiana grape variety.
