
It is predominantly produced with Montepulciano grapes and Aglianico grapes, hand-picked towards the end of October. The vinification takes place in a traditional manner, with maceration on the skins for about 1 month and malolactic fermentation. Subsequently, the wine is aged partly in barriques and partly in steel tanks, resting for an additional 6 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
