Valcasotto Occelli is an aged cheese made from selected Italian cow's milk, which is used raw. Valcasotto Occelli is aged for at least 3-4 months and has a characteristic square shape reminiscent of the past, as this cheese was highly appreciated even then, having this shape because it was adapted to fit the mule's pack during transport. Aged cheese with an ivory white color tending towards yellow, with hints of milk and herbs, excellent enjoyed at the end of a meal.
