Le Vele Verdicchio Moncaro is a wine produced with Verdicchio grapes in the hills of the Marche region in vineyards whose soils have characteristics of marine alluvial sedimentary origin, with a prevalence of clay and sand. The Verdicchio grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness in a double harvest, both by hand and by machine, during the coolest hours of the day. All stages of winemaking are carried out away from air, in environments saturated with inert gas to protect the product from harmful oxidation. The pressing is gentle and the must is statically clarified using cold. Fermentation is carried out by specific yeasts at a very low temperature, followed by the preservation of Le Vele Verdicchio Moncaro and the blending of the best batches, which takes place in bottling environments protected from air and saturated with inert gas. Pairings: Le Vele Verdicchio Moncaro is a wine suitable for pairing with appetizers and first courses based on sea fish, even raw. It is also perfect when paired with white meats that are not too spicy. Storage: Store at 16-18°C Alcohol content: 12.5% Vintage: 2024 Designation: Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Aging: In steel.
