Description
Vitti Primitivo di Manduria is a wine produced with the Primitivo di Manduria grape variety cultivated in the Salento area of Puglia. The grapes are harvested manually around mid-September and brought to the winery for destemming. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 15 days, during which the maceration of the skins with the must enriches the Vitti Primitivo di Manduria in color, aromas, and structure. Subsequently, the Vitti Primitivo di Manduria is separated from the skins and aged in French oak barriques for 4 months before being blended in steel and bottled. Pairings: Vitti Primitivo di Manduria is an elegant wine with a moderate structure, excellent with first courses based on meat sauces, roasts, grilled red meats, and game.
