Made 100% from Susumaniello, an ancient native Apulian grape variety, this sparkling wine represents one of the most original and virtuous interpretations of the Salento territory. 🌿 Synergistic cultivation and TRIPLE A philosophy In the vineyards of Castellaneta (Taranto), L'Archetipo applies ICEA certified synergistic agriculture methods, without the use of synthetic chemicals or added sulfites. This natural and soil-respectful approach is the foundation of every bottle bearing the IGP Salento - TRIPLE A brand.
