On the nose, red fruits are perceived, such as strawberries, cherries, and currants, and violet. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, giving a light sensation of very pleasant red fruits. Recommended pairing with mixed appetizers, especially fish, fish pasta dishes, sushi and sashimi, fried fish, or fish tartare. Recommended temperature: 8-10° C.
