Finally, 6 months in the bottle. The color is soft red. On the nose, it is resinous with notes of small red fruits and cherries. On the palate, it is soft and structured with a finish of licorice and spices wrapped in a pleasant balsamic touch. Recommended pairing with meats such as fillet or roast pork with sauces and jams, game, braised meats with wild and spicy aromas, with beef, sheep, lamb, mutton.
