On the palate it is soft and structured with a finish of licorice and spices wrapped in a pleasant balsamic touch. Recommended pairing with meats such as fillet or pork roast with sauces and jams, game, braised dishes with wild and spicy aromas, with beef, sheep, lamb, or castrated meat.
