Description

Denomination: Portofino DOC Grape: Bianchetta Genovese, Vermentino and Çimixà Name: Abissi Alcohol: 12° Format: 0.75L Production area: Sestri Levante (Ge), Liguria, Italy If the vintage is not specified, the most recent available will be delivered. Description: The winemaking is done in a traditional manner according to the classic method. Early harvest and fermentation using the technique of "lifting the cap of the grape skins". Second fermentation in the bottle. The aging is at least 34 months on the lees, of which 26 months at 60 meters below sea level. The color is intense straw yellow with fine bubbles. On the nose, it is broad and complex, with clear saline notes. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, rich in minerality and long. Recommended pairing with mixed appetizers especially of fish, fish first courses, sushi and sashimi, fish fry or fish tartare. Recommended temperature: 8-10° C.
