The aging is done in steel for a few months and then in bottle for 2 months. The color is straw yellow with golden hues. On the nose, intense floral and fruity aromas are felt. On the palate, it is full, dry, and has a pleasant acidic vein. Suggested pairing with mixed appetizers, especially fish, fish pasta dishes, sushi and sashimi, fried fish or fish tartare. Recommended serving temperature: 8-10° C
