Denomination: Alto Adige DOC Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Name: Lafóa Alcohol: 13.5° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Appiano (BZ), Alto Adige, Italy Description: Intense, structured, and rich red wine. Dark red reflections accompany a bouquet with tones of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, marzipan, and vanilla. Fermentation on the skins for 10 days with careful cap management and a subsequent maceration of 10–14 days. The young wine is then moved to new and used oak barriques. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and aging for 18 months. Careful filtration before bottling. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine traders. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause. The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who have given a sales mandate to iuain.com, which therefore acts solely as an intermediary.
