Name: Vieux Télégraphe La Crau Alcohol: 14.5° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Bédarrides, France Description: Hand-harvested grapes, with double sorting in the vineyard and a third sorting at the winery. Gentle pressing and selective destemming, followed by traditional fermentation for 30-40 days in stainless steel at controlled temperature and wooden vats. Aged 20-22 months in French oak foudres (60hl). Bottled unrefined and unfiltered, then released after 2 years. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine merchants. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause. The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who have given a sales mandate to iuain.com, which therefore acts solely as an intermediary.
