Denomination: Nizza Riserva DOCG Grape Variety: 100% Barbera Name: Nizza Riserva Alcohol: 15° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Mombercelli (AT), Piedmont, Italy Description: During vinification, maceration on the skins is carried out for at least 15/18 days, and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C. Aging is done for 12 months in wood and for at least 6 months in the bottle. A wine of great structure, elegance, and great aging potential. The color is red, the nose is intense with notes of ripe red fruit and tobacco. On the palate, it is full, robust, with notes of ripe cherry, tobacco, and a delicate spicy finish. Recommended pairing with red meat and game, but the Nizza Riserva is also enjoyed as a meditation wine. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C
