After racking and pressing, it returns to the amphora for at least another 5 months before beginning aging in large oak barrels, where it remained for 6 years. Bottled without fining or filtration. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine merchants. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause. The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who have given a sales mandate contract with representation to iuain.com, which therefore acts solely as an intermediary. The Principal declares, under their own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions provided for by art. 1 of D.P.R. n 633 of 26/10/1972 do not apply.
