Marchesi Antinori "Tignanello" Toscana Rosso IGT 2011

Denomination: Toscana Rosso IGT Grape Variety: 85% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc Name: Tignanello Alcohol: 14.5° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: San Casciano in Val di Pesa (FI), Tuscany, Italy Description: Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it is mature, with notes of dark fruit and a fresh undertone in the finish; plum pulp predominates along with hints of cherry, progressing and balancing towards notes of licorice and mint. On the palate, although still young, the wine is ready and available, rich and harmonious. Excellent on the palate, thanks to the acidity and the structured softness of the tannins. Aging process lasted about 12-14 months, in French and Hungarian oak barrels, partly new and partly first passage; during this period the different lots, vinified separately based on variety and viticultural variables, are elevated in wood, to be assembled a few months before bottling. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine merchants. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause. The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who has given, with a mandate contract with representation, a sales assignment to iuain.com which, therefore, acts solely as an intermediary. The Principal declares, under their own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions provided for by art. 1 of D.P.R. n 633 of 26/10/1972 do not apply.
