The color is straw yellow, crystalline. On the nose, it is intense, persistent, with typical hints of fresh fruit and evident nuances of wildflowers. On the palate, it is soft and partly mineral, harmonious, full-bodied and balanced with good structure and persistence. Recommended pairing with white meats and fish-based dishes, in lighter and less demanding versions also with Sushi. Serving temperature: 10-12° C
