Denomination: Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG Grape variety: 100% Ruchè Name: Laccento Alcohol: 14.5° Format: 0.75L Production area: Castagnole Monferrato (AS), Piedmont, Italy Vinification is carried out with the traditional red method, aging in steel tanks. The color is intense ruby red with violet reflections in youth, tending to garnet after a few years of bottle aging. The nose is intense, persistent, with hints of aromatic notes of rose petals and wild berries in jam. On the palate it is warm, pleasant, and of rare silkiness. Recommended pairing with aged and blue cheeses, egg pasta stuffed with meat, red meats with long cooking times, or white meats in particularly structured or spiced preparations such as curry or mustard. Serving temperature: 18-20° C
