The color is intense ruby red. On the nose, notes of chili pepper, rosemary, sage flowers. On the palate, it is soft and structured, energetic and juicy, reminiscent of the taste of blood orange with notes of tobacco. Recommended pairing with grilled red meats, but also game, such as wild boar, lamb, or oven-baked kid. The younger versions are also suitable for first courses with meat sauces and legume soups.
