Fine and complex on the nose, with notes of spices, pepper, black fruit jam, and vegetal hints, it presents ethereal and balsamic nuances that emerge among floral notes of violet and plum compote; followed by tertiary aromas of licorice, cloves, cinnamon, and woody trails. On the palate, it offers a complex aromatic spectrum, intriguing and seductive from the first sip, featuring chocolatey tones, notes of vanilla, roasting, and overripe fruit. Drying for 3 months, 3 days of cold maceration, 12 days on the skins, 24 months in French oak barrels. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine merchants. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause.
