On the palate full-bodied and very consistent, notes that shift from vanilla to pepper, well-balanced. Fermentation and maceration are conducted in cement and steel tanks for about 18/20 days. Afterwards, the wine is aged in French oak barrels and casks for a time that varies, according to the wine's characteristics, from 16 to 20 months. After bottling, glass aging follows for about 6 months. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or from merchants of rare wines. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the clause "as seen and liked". The bottle, unless in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who has granted, with a mandate contract with representation, a sales assignment to iuain.com, which therefore acts solely as an intermediary. The Principal declares, under its own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions set forth in art. 1 of D.P.R. n 633 of 26/10/1972 do not apply.
