Elegant and delicate on the nose, it expresses notes of cherry and plum, dark spices, and tobacco. Spontaneous fermentation in small cement tanks for about 15/18 days with several daily pump-overs and délestage. Aged for 24 months in French oak barriques of first, second, and third passage. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine merchants. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause. The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who have given a sales mandate to iuain.com, which therefore acts solely as an intermediary.
